Extra power when needed
SHM Hybrid System is a perfect auxiliary power source in addition to the PTO-system. We integrate electro-hydraulic pump units with the existing oil tanks and generators. With this configuratioin you will get extra hydraulic power and increased redundancy. Cranes or deck equipment can be operated without main engines running. In order to achieve maximum power from both systems, a specially designed valve control is provided enabling full speed for both thrusters, cranes and deck equipment.
SHM PMS is also designed for integration to electric battery vessels.
