Two great days with our team

When your team is constantly out on assignments, it is rare for everyone to be in the same place. Recently, we got the chance to take a little timeout — gathering the SHM crew for two days of quality time and knowledge sharing in Angvika.

Never before have we had so many colleagues on a trip together. This time we were around 40 people, including four recent hires.

For the newcomers, it was a great opportunity to get to know the people, the expertise, and the culture. We also got to celebrate four of our highly experienced team members, who have been part of the SHM journey for over 10 years:

There is so much knowledge in this group – and fortunately just as much good humour (and bad jokes). We’re proud to have such a great group of employees – skilled people who gladly share what they know, and make SHM such a special place to work.
